Water icosahedron showing some of the possible bicyclo-octamer water structures. The left-hand animation includes all 280 water oxygen atoms whereas the right-hand animation contains 216 water oxygen atoms. All the water hydrogen atoms and some of the hydrogen bonds have been removed to simplify the animations.

Menu: Click (right) mouse button (Mac: hold down) for options; for example, molecular rendering, stop spinning, retrieve coordinates (File Save Molecule As).
Rotate: Drag (left) mouse button.
Zoom: Drag (left ) mouse button + Shift.
Pan: Drag (right) mouse button + Ctrl (Mac: + Command).
